Refund Policy:

At Banned from Society, we take pride in providing high-quality products to our customers. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason except for sizing issues and defective products.

Sizing Issues:
If the sizing is off and you require a different size, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. We do not cover shipping costs for returns due to sizing issues.

Defective Products:
We take great care to ensure that all our products meet our quality standards. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a refund or exchange for the defective item, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. We will cover shipping costs for returns due to defective products.

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items with tags removed
- Final sale items
